Prospects for mild rain today (3rd January) in Tamil Nadu!

Here is the revised and aligned version of the notification released by the Director of the Chennai Regional Meteorological Centre, Pa. Senthamaraikkannan, regarding the weather forecast:
"A cyclonic system is prevailing in the lower layers of the atmosphere over the southwest Bay of Bengal regions. Due to this, there are prospects for mild rain in one or two places today (Wednesday, 3rd January) in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Mild foggy conditions may prevail in the early morning in one or two places.
There are prospects for mild to medium rain on the 4th and the 5th of January in one or two places in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikkal. Additionally, there are prospects for heavy rains in one or two places in Nilgiri District."
