Rains Expected in Western, Southern, and Interior Tamil Nadu Due to Upper-Level Trough
Tamil Nadu is set to experience rainfall in multiple regions as an upper-level trough brings instability to the state. According to weather updates, districts including Krishnagiri, Salem, Dharmapuri, Erode, Nilgiris, Coimbatore, Dindigul, Theni, Tenkasi, Madurai, Namakkal, Tiruppur, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, and Kanyakumari are likely to receive rainfall. Bengaluru is also expected to witness showers.
Additionally, a slight drop in temperatures is anticipated in the interior and southern parts of Tamil Nadu over the next few days. Meanwhile, Kerala will continue to experience intense thunderstorms across most districts.
On the other hand, Chennai will remain humid, with temperatures ranging between 33°C and 35°C, as the coastal city is unlikely to see any significant weather changes.
