When it comes to eating healthy foods, intake of fats are often not given importance by us!!
It is believed that consuming fats could lead to weight gain plus it could lead to heart diseases etc. To carry out its daily activities, our body needs proteins, carbohydrates plus fats also and not many are aware of this fact. These three form the 3 vital macronutrients. It is important to note that fats are a type of lipid protein that would provide us energy plus helps the cells to grow and reproduce etc. Our body is kept warm due to the presence of fats only. It is true that for our internal organs to function effectively we must not only eat healthy fats but also our body must be able to digest the fat well.
These below mentioned signs would reveal that the fat is not absorbed by the body efficiently.
By floating pale coloured stools:
This is one important sign that would reveal that the fat is not absorbed by the body well. The stools would be pale in colour and would float. Point is that if the stomach digests the fat well then the stools would be deep brown in colour.
By heartburns:
Sign of fat indigestion or ineffective absorption is also shown by heart burns in us. It is known that we could get heartburns if we eat the foods fast or if we eat spicy foods.
By the pain under rib cage:
It must be noted that we could get pain under the ribcage if the fat consumed is not absorbed by the body. The body would have some issue in producing enzymes to digest the fats. After eating fatty foods, the pain would be there for 30 to 40 minutes.
By dull and dry skin:
Improper fat digestion is also shown by the presence of dull and dry skin. For our skin to do its functions well fats are needed and deficient fats could lead to dry and dull skin that would scar easily.
By low energy:
Just like carbohydrates, our body also requires fats to produce some quantity of energy. It is worthy to note that having a diet with low carbohydrate contents would make the body burn fats. We could be energetic throughout the day if we eat foods having healthy fats.

By eating in moderation- It is important that we must eat fat based foods in moderation. It is believed that eating high fat based foods would make us put on weight.
By eating healthy fats only:
Nuts, beans, fishes etc with healthy fats would be superb. We must rereduce the intake of processed foods, red meat etc.
