Never eat these foods after 6pm in the evening!!

For our body to be healthy, it is important that our digestive system performs its role efficiently. It is not known to many of us that our digestive system could become weak in the evenings.

When eating after 6pm in the evening, we must select or choose only those foods that are low in carbohydrates and fats. For the sake of a healthy gut, we must eat lightly after 6pm.

We must not eat these foods after 6pm in the evening for the sake of our gut health. The foods are

Avoid consuming frozen foods:
There are hydrogenated oils, sugars, fats and salt etc present in the frozen foods. Therefore, we must avoid consuming frozen foods after 6pm in the evening as these foods would obstruct the weight loss goals of a person. The nutritional values of these frozen foods are less. Various examples of frozen foods are peas, ice creams, pizza, bread etc.

Avoid consuming aerated drinks:
By drinking aerated drinks in the late evenings we would add on more calories. This is mainly due to the fact that aerated drinks have lots of soda and sugar in them.

Avoid consuming cheese:
Cheese has lots of saturated fats, cholesterol and sodium and it must not be eaten after 6pm. It is known to us that cheese is made from milk and is produced by coagulation of milk protein casein.

Avoid consuming ice creams:
Delicious to taste, many of us would have the temptation to eat ice creams in the late evenings. Fact is that excess sugars are present in ice creams and it would hinder the weight loss process.

Avoid red meat:
In the late hours, we must avoid eating mutton or pork etc despite the fact that they have proteins. The presence of high amounts of fat in these foods could be harmful for the health.

Avoid consuming French fries:
After 6pm in the evening, we must not eat French fries as they have saturated fats and cholesterol in them. These would make a person gain weight and it would obstruct the weight loss process.

Avoid consuming tomato sauce:
The high fructose corn syrup present in tomato sauce would have lots of sugar content and hence tomato sauce must not be consumed by us in the evenings after 6pm.
