A latest research has established that the daily walking exercise undertaken gives not only good health but also longevity.

A research team from Pennsylvania University undertook this research. Physical check instruments were fitted on 3000 persons aged between 50-79.

Their physical exercises and walking exercises were being recorded in the Disease control & Prevention Centre in USA.

The details were checked after 8 years as to how many were still alive. It was found that a majority of those who had not done any walking exercises had died.

Those who had undertaken were still alive and in perfect health.

With the above results, it has been clearly established that by giving vigorous exercises to the limbs of the body (arms & legs) for 10 minutes daily, people can live longer.

Further, it has been advised that those who are idling have to take up some sort of exercises like cleaning the floor, jumping, walking, gardening, or painting for better health.

The results of the research confirm that rather than taking severe physical exercises, these sort of milder physical exercises yield more benefits which are permanent.
