How often do you get affected by infections or by some health issues? The important point is some persons get affected with infections and health issues often whereas others are free from these.

It is revealed that having a strong immune system in us could prevent us from getting many infections and health issues. Various factors like stress, unhealthy eating, poor lifestyle etc could have negative impact on our immune system are well known. By making some modifications, it is possible for us to boost our immune system.

Citrus foods consumption:
The presence of antioxidants plus vitamin C in citrus foods could boost our immune system to a great extent.  It must be noted that WBC’s play an important role in fighting many diseases and vitamin C helps in production of theses WBCs in us.  The more we consume vitamin C the more we could be free from issues like cold etc. Fruits like orange, kiwi, lemon, grapefruit etc are rich in this vitamin and must be consumed without fail.

Turmeric consumption:
Our immunity gets better by intake of turmeric having medicinal properties. The important point is turmeric has got anti-inflammatory property also and hence it is very essential for us to have turmeric for our health. Truth is fresh turmeric would be superb for our health.

Yoghurt consumption:
The infections could be fought by means of probiotics present in yoghurt. Hence consuming yoghurt is very important and our immunity would get boosted. It is said that by adding some fresh fruits to yoghurt the taste could be enhanced. It is better that we avoid eating high fat or flavoured yoghurt.

Tea consumption:
Do you have the habit of consuming teas? It is believed that intake of teas could improve our immunity. Teas like green tea, ginger tea, chamomile tea are excellent for our health.

Cinnamon consumption:
This is used in making many dishes is well known. It must be noted that by consuming cinnamon our immunity would get boosted and we could be free from many health issues.
