Otherwise known as back aches, back pain is a pain that is felt in the back of a person. This back pain has become most common these days. Now, many are doing WFH or work from home due to Coronavirus issue. They sit for long time periods before their laptops or desktops. These persons complain of back pain more than the others.

By taking small breaks in between:
Working continuously for many hours by sitting is not easy and it could take a toll on the body. Getting up in between the work is important. By this, body muscles would get relaxed.
By exercising:
Doing exercises every day would help us to maintain good physique and health. Our back could get some relief by doing exercises. Exercises such as walking, running, cycling could be of superb use for us.
By doing yoga:
Practising yoga regularly could ease the back pain in us. Our back muscles and spine could get strong by the yoga poses. Doing child pose could be superb.
By weight loss:
Having more body weight could put pressure on the back muscles, spine etc. So, it is important that we must lose some weight for the sake of our back muscles and spine. It is important that we must make some changes in the diet for weight loss.
By quitting smoking:
This is also one way to avoid back pain in us. Many know that smoking could cause cancers but not many of us know that smoking could affect our back muscles and could lead to severe back pain in us. It is believed that smoking could affect certain areas in the brain that could cause back pain.
