Research undertaken by Stanford University has established that there is an increasing trend of heart attacks among the youth of South Asian Countries!
This Stanford University research paper informs that as per the data, the prospects for the South Asian youth to be affected by a heart attack at their young age is much more than the youth from other countries!
Here is the reason!
The research establishes that heart attack is more prevalent among the age group 25-40 in South Asian countries! The change in their lifestyle and habits, smoking, consuming alcoholic drinks, etc., are being attributed as the main reasons for this!
Generally, the prospects for heart attacks are considered moors possible among the males above 50 years of age and women above 65 years of age! However, there is an increasing trend of people in the age groups of the 20s, 30s, & 40s suffering heart attacks and getting treated in the hospitals!
There is an increase in the number of deaths due to heart attack at the age of 20 which is the age where one’s life career commences!
Job-related stress/tension and mental stress are more intensely prevalent among today’s youngsters!
Working for longer hours to earn more and tension due to the targets to be achieved, etc., lead to mental stress. Excessive mental tension, in turn, leads to an increase in blood pressure! Bodyweight increases! Higher blood pressure affects the blood vessels! This causes a reduction in the quantum of blood circulates in the heart tissues leading to a heart attack!
The habit of taking nutritious food has almost gone out of practice! It has become rather difficult to get food ingredients without the application of germicides or fertilizers. The use of polished rice is largely prevalent! The habit of taking cool drinks, fast food items such as pizzas and burgers, untimely food, etc., can cause immense and undue harm to the body health!
The quantum of bad cholesterol in the blood (STL) in the body increases! This leads to blocks in the blood vessels. This, in turn, leads to heart attacks!
The sugar level increases due to improper food habits! Most of us fail to detect this at an early stage and get treatment! This causes complaints such as obesity, diabetes, etc. The prospects are thus strong for the diabetics to be affected with heart attacks!
Job Stress, Mental Tension, lesser physical exercises can all cause an increase in the fat content in the body!
As no physical exercrcise is done, the body gets more severely affected! This leads to stronger prospects for heart attacks!
Smoking, taking alcoholic beverages, etc., affects the blood vessels.
AS SUCH, AVOIDING ALL ABOVE ALL PHYSICALLY HARMFUL ASPECTS AND LEADING A HEALTHY LIFE, ONE CAN REDUCE THE PROSPECTS FOR HEART-RELATED AILMENTS!
