We all are quite focused on the quantity of water we drink, but not its quality. It is absolutely important and necessary to show good care on the quality of the water we consume. Water needs to be boiled well before drinking. Our body cannot survive without water. Speaking to a professor of the Department of Urology, Dr. Gopalakrishnan, he says human body is made of 70 per cent of water. When our body gets dehydrated, we get fainted and start shivering. On the other hand, when the body has necessary level of water in it, we naturally get better flow of blood. This in turn helps proper functioning of kidney.

Those who do not consume enough water are prone to kidney stones. Even though you have options to remove kidney stones through operation, one needs to drink minimum 2 to 3 litres of water to prevent it from forming again. When the body doesn’t get enough water intake, the density of materials get higher which reflects on the density of urine itself.

Those with swollen legs, heart patients, kidney failure, and diabetics are not recommended to have plenty of water. Consumption of more water in these patients will lead to severe troubles.
