How can we maintain our nails? Here are a few tips:
· Cut and file your nails in a proper manner. Do not file using a back and forth technique. File in one direction.
· Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. The more hydrated you are, the more hydrated your nails will be.
· Dip an ear bud in Vitamin E oil and use this to push back cuticles at a 45 degree angle.
· Drink milk. Milk has a high zinc content that is good for your nails.
· Use natural nail polish. These are available in the market. Look for ones that say ‘no acetone’.
