It is shocking to note that 40% of World`s heart failure patients are from India. More people would be at risk of getting heart based issues because of the lifestyles they have adopted these days. Avoid French fries:
Simple sources of carbohydrates present in the French fries would spike the blood sugar levels in us. In addition, these foods are full of salt and fat. These would create clogging in the arteries and poor blood circulation etc leading to heart attacks etc.
Avoid ice cream:
High in saturated fats and calories, ice creams could lead to weight gain in us. In the long run, there are chances of getting clogged artery issues too.
Avoid pizzas:
Not many would know that pizzas are the second biggest contributor of heart taxing saturated fats. Please avoid eating pizzas completely even if you have a craving for it.
Avoid aerated drinks:
There could be a spike in the blood sugar levels plus increase in weight and disruption in metabolic health by consuming aerated drinks. This could result in clogged artery issues and heart attack also.
Avoid meat:
Processed meat and red meat intake must be avoided especially those who have heart issues. The research study has found that more intake of red meat and processed meat have led to worsening of the heart functioning by clogging the artery and to heart attack etc.
Avoid fried chicken:
Many of us eat fried chicken these days. For weight loss, chicken intake can provide the best protein. The bitter truth is that deep frying chicken could lead to a spike in cholesterol in us. This could lead to clogged arteries, heart attacks etc.
