Its really turning out to be Historic January as we move into excess rainfall in January. Cuddalore got battered. Today Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Ramanathapuram and Kanyakumari may get good rains.

Due to low pressure winds by South West monsoon across Bay of Bengal, few coastal areas in Tamil Nadu had witnessed showers yesterday that includes Chennai, Cuddalore, Tanjore and other areas too.
