The India Cements has been promoting sports activities for over
Four Decades not only as a part of its contribution to society
or corporate image building, but also because of the keen
interest of the promoters of The India Cements Limited in
promoting and developing Indian sports.
The Company and management are involved in the development of
Cricket and have been actively promoting and popularizing the
game. Mr.K.S.Viswanathan and Dr.G.Natarajan our employees have
been elected as Secretary and Joint Secretary respectively of
The Tamilnadu Cricket Association (TNCA). Several senior
officers have volunteered themselves to assist TNCA in various
capacities like Finance, Legal, Umpires to name a few.
