The first wave affected many all over last year. In this year, the second wave began to spread causing many issues for the people. Now, the second wave has been brought under control through lockdown is well known. Lockdown relaxations have come into effect now and the lives of the people have become slightly better with the return of normalcy.
There is now the threat of a third Coronavirus infection wave. It is now mentioned that this third wave would not affect the children severely. Truth is that in October month the third wave of infection would be at its peak and during the peak the number of daily Coronavirus cases would be below 1lakh only in India. It is learnt that even in the worst or adverse situation the number of daily Coronavirus cases would be 1.5lakhs maximum.
Fact is that in this third wave, the children would not be severely affected and there is no chance for that to happen. The doctors have mentioned that the children would have good inner immunity in them. It must not be forgotten that on 12th May a doctor belonging to Karnataka pointed out that the first Coronavirus infection wave affected elders and second wave affected breadwinners.
The doctor was of the view that the third wave might affect the children as the adults were already infected or immunised. It was revealed by a government survey conducted from April to the middle of June month that the virus antibodies were present in atleast half of those younger than 18 years of age.
