What is gynecomastia and how can it create issues in males?

In some men, one or both breasts starts to grow abnormally because of hormonal imbalance. This is known as male breast enlargement or Gynecomastia. It is worth noting that gynecomastia condition would be due to imbalance in oestrogen and progesterone hormones and it could develop during puberty or during adulthood. There are certain factors like medications, lifestyle choices etc that are responsible for men to develop breasts.
Information gathered is that this chest issue would develop due to contributions from 3 major components such as glandular tissue, adipose tissue and skin.
