Diwali Festival Special Trains Announced by South Western Railway
To manage the extra rush during the Diwali festival, South Western Railway has announced special train services. The details of the special trains are as follows:
1. KSR Bengaluru – Chennai Egmore Superfast Festival Express Specials (Train No. 06209/06210)
- Train No. 06209 will depart from KSR Bengaluru at 08:05 hrs on 30th October (Wednesday) and 3rd November, 2024 (Sunday) and reach Chennai Egmore at 14:30 hrs on the same day.
- Train No. 06210 will return from Chennai Egmore at 15:55 hrs on 30th October and 3rd November, 2024, reaching KSR Bengaluru at 22:50 hrs.

- 1- AC Two Tier Coach
- 1- AC Three Tier Coach
- 11- Sleeper Class Coaches
- 4- General Second Class Coaches
- 2- Divyangjan-friendly Second Class Coaches.
2. Hubballi – Mangaluru Jn Festival Express Specials (Train No. 07311/07312)
- Train No. 07311 will leave Hubballi at 16:00 hrs on 2nd November, 2024 (Saturday) and arrive at Mangaluru Junction at 11:45 hrs the next day.
- Train No. 07312 will return from Mangaluru Junction at 13:00 hrs on 3rd November, 2024 (Sunday) and reach Hubballi at 07:00 hrs the next day.

- Train No. 06565 will depart from Yesvantpur at 23:50 hrs on 30th October, 2024 (Wednesday) and arrive at Mangaluru Junction at 11:45 hrs the next day.
- Train No. 06566 will return from Mangaluru Junction at 13:00 hrs on 31st October, 2024 (Thursday), reaching Yesvantpur at 21:15 hrs the same day.
