IT Expressway invites guests to embark on a culinary journey through Kerala at Mynt, its all-day dining restaurant, with a special food festival. This unique celebration of Kerala`s rich culinary heritage promises to take diners on a flavourful journey through the state, showcasing its diverse cuisine.
Guests can indulge in the coastal flavours of the iconic Karimeen Pollichathu and the much-loved Chemmeen Curry, alongside the famed Malabar Fish Curry. Meat lovers will relish the legendary Thalasseri Biriyani, a fragrant Malabar classic; the delicious Kerala-style Chicken Curry; and the delightful Beef Ularthiyathu. The feast also includes Mutton Stew and Travancore Fried Chicken.
Vegetarian options include classics like Tapioca, the hearty Erissery, and the aromatic Kootu Curry.
