Laser shows on the banks of the Adyar River on account of Global Investors Meet

Global Investors Meet will be held in Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam on 9th and 10th September. In order to present a glimpse of the government`s achievements — infrastructure development and welfare measures to the investors Tamil Nadu State Government will be conducting laser shows on the banks of the Adyar River.
Along the Adyar, water will be sprayed from a giant screen measuring 160-ft wide and 40-ft tall. Visuals of vibrant colors will offer entertainment. Another event on the Marina near Light House will display visuals about the investment climate in the State.
Apart from Adyar and Light House the other locations where such events would be organized include the Semmozhi Poonga near Gemini Flyover, DMS near Fire Station, SIET, Nandanam Arts College, Saidapet Bus Stand, Park Hyatt Hotel, Dr. MGR University entrance, Jothi Theatre St.Thomas Mount, Trident Hotel, Butt Road turning, space opposite War Memorial, Chennai Trade Centre Service Entrance, opposite CMBT, Vadapalani near FEFSI office, Ashok Nagar 11th Avenue near KFC and Hilton Hotel on 100-ft Road.
Various art forms unique to the State are likely to be displayed in the shows.
