If you are of the opinion that only private school students could crack IIT JEE examinations, then you are mistaken. Students studying in various government schools in TN are also hard working and talented to crack any entrance examination.
To crack the toughest IIT-JEE entrance examination, the school education department would be training students belonging to government as well as government aided schools in TN.
Memorandum of understanding or MoU has been signed between the school education department and Nextgen Vidhya Private Ltd of Delhi
Vidhya education is an online application that was founded by an IIT-Delhi alumni and it is now clear that by this app the company would provide free online coaching for the students of the government schools in TN. Point is that the students would be trained in various subjects like maths, chemistry and physics. The app would also be used to clear the doubts of the students.
Separate login and password for students:
The release from the state government has stated that for accessing the coaching material each student would be given separate login ID and password. It is said that the students of classes 11 and 12 could get registered for this coaching programme. Monitoring the training given to the students would be known to the head masters and to the district coordinators.
Registration for coaching:
Batches would start from 4th January and for that the students would be able to register from 21st to 31st December. According to the founder and CEO of Vidhya Education, Mr. Gaurav Goyal, free education is the fundamental right for the students. He explained about how the Vidhya Education would help the students to get equal opportunity to study and learn without any financial barriers.
Various benefits of the education app:
Information collected was that the application would also provide English speaking plus coding courses for the students. It must be noted that curriculum mapped video contents for the students of classes 11 and 12 would be available.
Various important personalities who were present at the time when the MoU was signed were Mr. K.A. Sengottaiyan, education minister, Mr. Dheeraj Kumar, secretary, Mr. S. Kannappan, school education director and Mr. Gaurav Goyal, founder and CEO, Vidhya Education. Online coaching to the NEET aspirants belonging to the government and government aided schools are being offered by the school education department. Point is the number of students who have registered for NEET coaching has gone up to 16,000 in this year.
