Chennai residents face worsening traffic congestion on Paul Wells Road near St. Thomas Mount as Metro Rail Phase II construction for Corridor 5 (Madhavaram–Sholinganallur) progresses. The construction has reduced road width, causing severe jams, especially during peak hours.
