Chennai Corporation Integrates Planning Permission with Tamil Nadu Single-Window Portal
The Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) has announced that its planning permission application system is now integrated with the Tamil Nadu Single-Window Portal for streamlined approvals.
According to an official press release, an online building plan approval system has been in place for processing applications digitally. The Planning Permission Application (PPA) is received, processed, and approved entirely online.
Starting April 1, 2025, all new planning permission applications must be submitted through the Tamil Nadu Single-Window Portal for planning permission: https://onlineppa.tn.gov.in. However, applications submitted on or before March 31, 2025, will continue to be processed under the existing procedures.
