A latest research establishes that mental tension will be reduced by taking fish daily, more so, especially for men.
A research team from KwingDao University, located in the State of Shanntong in East China, undertook a research by surveying 1.5 Lakh persons who took fish in their daily diet. Analysing the data on their health parameters statistics between the years 2011 – 2014, it was found that their mental tension had reduced considerably.
The 1st stage of the research established that Omega-3- fatty acid contained in fish was the element which reduced the mental tension. This fatty acid transforms the chemical composition made in the brain.
Including fish oil, when fish is eaten after steaming or frying, Omega-3 fatty is absorbed in the human body. This can be had from Pasalaikkeerai, roasted soya beans, and walnut oil as well.
