After delimitaion, Uppiliapuram, Varahur and Andimadam Assemblies were Retrieved. Ariyalur and Jayankondam Assemblies were joined to Chidambaram Constituency. Thuraiyur and Manachanallur are newly formed and Joined. Lalgudi, Musiri and Kulithalai are also joined to Arakkonam. Total number of Voters in the Arakkonam Constituency is 10,49,033.
