Kanyakumari Constituency: Kanyakumari Lok Sabha Constiteuncy was formed after 2008 delimitaion. Kanyakumari Assembly was merged from retrieved Tiruchendur Lok Sabha Constituency. Before delimitaion Kanyakumari Constitution was named as Nagercoil Constituency. After Kanyakumari was merged all the State Assemblies in the Nagercoil Constituency was added in the Kanyakumari Constituency. After demilitaion, Thiruvattar was the only Assembly retrieved from Nagercoil Constituency. Colachel, Killyur, Nagercoil, Padmanabhapuram and Vilavancode are the Assembly maintained in the Kanyakumari Constituency. Total Number of Voters in the Kanyakumari Constituency is 11,78,047
